★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stream is one of the worst employers I have had. My teamleader was a cokehead, half of the guys were having bong hits for lunch. I hated coke friday afternoons. Management was American (intl HQ in Texas I think), client was another american (Adobe), and it was all bullshit, badly run, we would have surreal new rules coming from them, the whole floor would revolt and say "Its not possible, that hasn't worked for months, what are they talking about". Constructive feedback was banned and our local middle management would burnout and quit at about the same speed as the rest of us.
Lunch food was expensive, and snack machine was the price of that in a train station, with no fruit available.
Also, if you once worked for them, they will keep on sending you an email for your birthday, forever, with an empty from: and an empty to: field. Im quite sure there are regulations about this. This kind of practice is more commonly met on russian porn servers.
Do not work there, do not outsource to them.

The whole technical department was selling Adobe suites for millions of euros online, but they never got prosecuted, cos lets face it, the CEO also disappeared with tons of cash, wasn't prosecuted either. That's what happens when you the hiring process is a scam, and when you hire people on probation in other countries.
And I do get this annoying email every year, cannot even answer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell a lot about a company from the way they treat their candidates. A person from talent acquisition team contacted me concerning a job for Nike rep. That person sound extremely positive and energetic. I explained that in order not to waste interviewers time -nor mine for an entry level job my age is not the typical 20-25 years old... I was reassured that it didn't matter and they would be so excited to have me over there for an interview. Long story short after 4-5 tests my turn came for the interview and I realised that all the info I previously had was wrong and the Colombian interviewer I had cancelled EVERYTHING the polite energetic voice told me on phone. The same company can't get their story right... i had better communication when i was in talks with a company through an HR recruiting office. Wow! In the end I ended up wasting 3 hours in tests,interview and wait time and 25€ in uber expenses for a job I wasn't sure I wanted after all that.
...and the offices.. What a joke! Grateful I wasn't selected and I was saved the embarrassment of turning down a job I applied for ^^
