★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer contact gehad met afdeling verkoop. Daar werd ik niet vrolijk van, beide keren een arrogante verkoper gesproken die je nauwelijks helpt. Ik verwachtte dat als je adressen opvraagt van dealers ze die graag delen. Helaas, twee werden er genoemd, de rest mocht ik zelf uitzoeken.
Vraag over inconsistente garantievoorwaarden werd kort afgedaan met "ik zou het niet weten" en "ga maar naar de dealer".
Succes heren, het gaat blijkbaar te goed met dit bedrijf, maar ik kies wel een ander merk.
Contacted the sales department twice. I was not happy about that, both times an arrogant salesman who hardly helps you. I expected that if you request addresses from dealers, they would be happy to share them. Unfortunately, two were mentioned, the rest I was allowed to choose myself.
Question about inconsistent warranty terms was briefly dismissed with "I don't know" and "go to the dealer".
Good luck gentlemen, apparently this company is doing too well, but I will choose another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal wenn man Garantieleistungen in Anspruch nehmen möchte. Bei meinen Toren löste sich die Beschichtung nach 8 Jahren und jetzt nach mittlerweile 10 Jahren ist die Beschichtung lose und die Paneele lösen sich auf. Kunden werden 10 Jahre Garantie versprochen .Sobald aber Garantiefall eintritt, wird dann erst auf jährlichen Service verwiesen . Man hat mir 50 %Rabatt für diese schlechte Qualität angeboten. Man schiebt Leistungen auf Montagefirma ab welche nicht mehr besteht. Weitere Anfragen lehnt das Unternehmen ab und schreibt, das sie nicht mehr antworten werden.
Kann nur davor warnen, sich Produkte dieses Unternehmens zu kaufen !!!

Very unfriendly staff if you want to make use of the guarantee. The coating on my doors peeled off after 8 years and now after 10 years the coating is loose and the panels are dissolving. Customers are promised a 10-year guarantee, but as soon as the guarantee occurs, they will only be referred to annual service. I was offered a 50% discount for this poor quality. Services are shifted to an assembly company that no longer exists. The company declines further inquiries and writes that they will no longer answer.
Can only warn against buying products from this company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out! All warranties are voided if you don't take an annual maintenance contrat. Honnestly, who does that? the warranty is hence a scam. Spare parts are extremely pricey as well.
