★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for some inspiration to celebrate orange with King’s Day, disappointing. 3 items have orange colour and taste. The pastry known as a « religieuse » with more whipped cream then original recipe, a bit sloppy on the layering - some orange but lack appeal. Service impolite not cordial to customer be it a pregnant woman, old person or youth. No time to think and look rushing. Not respecting 1.5 meters, pressing customers to make choices of pastries to where you chocolate balls, some simple Dutch cookie, tartes. Sad, because was told this is a place to get sweet treats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty and unique products. I recently bought a traditional Christmas tulband cake (perfect pound cake filled with almonds, covered in a very nice and shiny glazing). By the delicious taste of this cake one can tell it was made from very high quality ingredients. They also have a wide range of other pastry, cookies, and bombons. I was very impressed by the taste of their Wellington cookies too. Take some time to discover the products in this very nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandering the streets of Amsterdam, I found this gem. The pastries are amazing. Our favorites are these little nuggets of whipped cream and cocoa goodness. The employees were very helpful in making suggestions on their confections as well as interesting bits of info about Amsterdam.
