★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij vonden dat we niet serieus werden genomen door deze makelaar. Na een bod gedaan te hebben op een woning (5500 euro boven de vraagprijs) hebben we niks meer vernomen van deze makelaar. Dit gedrag zal straks, als het weer slechter gaat op de woningmarkt, denk ik niet getolereerd worden door een verkoper.
We felt that we were not taken seriously by this broker. After making an offer for a house (5500 euros above the asking price), we have heard nothing from this broker. This behavior will not be tolerated by a seller if the weather starts to deteriorate again in the housing market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik heb in Venray 3 makelaars benaderd aangaande verkoop van ons huis, uiteindelijk is de keuze gevallen op Connect Makelaars.
Het team is heel klantvriendelijk en zéér behulpzaam. Met name de ervaren makelaar Bert Bosma, die heel veel kennis bezit van de interne Venrayse markt alsook is hij heel professioneel en buitengewoon deskundig niet alleen op woningmarkt- maar ook op juridische- en bouwkundig gebied. Hij heeft vanaf het begin tot het einde een frisse holistische kijk op de complete verkoop keten. Zijn marketing concept is bewonderenswaardig en heel eenduidig. Hij heeft een hoog empathisch vermogen en kruipt in de huid van zowel de koper als van de verkoper. Ik ben zéér tevreden over hem en zijn team.

In particular, the experienced broker Bert Bosma, who has a great deal of knowledge of the internal Venray market, as well as being very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable not only in the housing market, but also in the legal and architectural field. He has a fresh holistic view of the entire sales chain from start to finish. His marketing concept is admirable and very unambiguous. He has a high empathy and puts himself in the shoes of both the buyer and the seller. I am very satisfied with him and his team.
