β β β β β Al best wel een tijdje geleden hier gehuurd, heb destijds de fout gemaakt om een review te schrijven voor ik mijn borg terug had gekregen. (Een een ster review want de prijsopbouw was onduidelijk en de auto ranzig). Kreeg toen van een vrij agressief klinked persoon een telefoontje, of ik de persoon was die die review had geschreven en of ik die wel ff wou aanpassen. Met een verhaal over dat schoonmaken en dit de verantwoordelijkheid is van de gebruikers. Denkend aan mijn borg heb ik de review maar weg gehaald. Geld van de borg is daarna wel netjes terug gekomen. Dat maakt mijn ervaring destijds er echter niet beter op, de auto was echt heel erg vies, en de prijsopbouw is misleidend, lijkt goedkoper dan concurrenten met vergelijkbare deelautos, maar bij elkaar opgeteld is dat het absoluut niet. Never ever zal ik hier ooit nog huren, en deze review blijft mooi staan. Edit: heb het nog even opgezocht, heb direct laten weten dat de auto echt ranzig was via de mail. Reactie van connectcar: "het is nu eenmaal een deelauto"... Mijn ervaringen zijn uit 2017, maar aan recente andere reviews te lezen is er niks veranderd.
 Rented here quite a while ago, made the mistake of writing a review before I got my deposit back. (A one star review because the price structure was unclear and the car was rancid). Then received a phone call from a fairly aggressive-sounded person, whether I was the person who wrote that review and whether I wanted to change it. With a story about cleaning and this is the responsibility of the users. Thinking about my deposit, I removed the review. Money from the deposit has come back neatly. However, that does not improve my experience at the time, the car was really very dirty, and the price structure is misleading, seems cheaper than competitors with comparable shared cars, but added together it is absolutely not. Never ever will I ever rent here again, and this review remains beautiful. Edit: I looked it up for a moment, immediately let me know that the car was really rancid by email. Response from connectcar: "it's just a shared car" ... My experiences are from 2017, but nothing has changed in recent other reviews.

β β β β β Great experience every time. Nice cars (modern enough with bluetooth etc.) and friendly staff on the phone with no long wait queues and easy mobile or browser access to bookings etc.

β β β β β I do NOT recommend this company. Horrific customer service and attitude to me as a perfectly polite and reasonable customer. Having been a customer and used the service , I called to change a booking (which is allowed), and they almost told me off. then had a problem with the car when I arrived. On calling customer service, rather than being polite the said they didn't want me to be a customer ?! Having return the car in the perfect condition they then cancelled my account and haven't responded to my polite emails to customer service. Terrible attitude and experience all in all.

β β β β β It is a nice service but the problem is their cars (in some locations) are unmaintained and breaking easily and they refuse to do the refund when this happens.

β β β β β SCAM alert! We parked the car in the place that was indicated by Connectcar and got 2 parking fines from the Amsterdam Gemeente. Tried to discuss with the company, no response to emails and always fobbed off on the phone. STAY AWAY.

Rented a 7 seater car for 24h, drove from Amsterdam to Utrecht and back. When confirming details over the phone with Roger (I think was his name), he estimated that it would cost β¬70/80.
The invoice was for β¬300 and now I canβt connect to their customer service to discuss.
