★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte integratie van de software naar mijn mening en ook geen contact mee te krijgen in het weekend dus de service is slecht.
 Poor integration of the software in my opinion and also no contact at the weekend so the service is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds kort probeer ik gebruik te maken van e-herkenning via We-ID. Brief met activering niet ontvangen, wachttijden bij de helpdesk van 30+ minuten, opnieuw moeten betalen voor het versturen van een nieuwe activeringsbrief, niet reageren op klachten. Het kan natuurlijk dat een brief kwijtraakt bij de post of e.d., maar 17 euro voor een nieuwe activeringsbrief is onacceptabel.
Recently I have been trying to use e-recognition via We-ID. Letter with activation not received, waiting times at the helpdesk of 30+ minutes, having to pay again for sending a new activation letter, not responding to complaints. It is of course possible that a letter gets lost in the post or the like, but 17 euros for a new activation letter is unacceptable.
