Le préposé téléphonique indique que le chauffeur se serait présenté 15mn avant l'heure théorique (ce qui est prévu à la réservation). Mais à la réception personne ne l'a vu, et nous non plus malgré un check out 20mn avant l'heure.
Shuttle ordered for an airport hotel trip. Never passed. The telephone attendant indicates that the driver would have arrived 15 minutes before the theoretical time (which is provided for when booking). But at the reception nobody saw him, and neither did we despite a check out 20 minutes before the hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regelmatig bussen die niet eens komen opdagen. Bij de eerste tekenen van slecht weer lopen ze al vertraging op en komen er drie bussen van dezelfde lijn tegelijk.
Ik zou aanraden om tenminste twee bussen te vroeg te pakken ivm de enorme onbetrouwbaarheid.
Dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de vele onbeschofte chauffeurs.
Regular buses that don't even show up. At the first signs of bad weather they are already delayed and three buses of the same line arrive at the same time.
I would recommend catching at least two buses too early due to the enormous unreliability.
Then I am not even talking about the many rude drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy tickets from the driver. The ones from the vending machine (even though it costs the exact same price and says the same thing (bus tram metro 6.5 euroo 1,5 uur)) will not be accepted. I expect this to happen in a post communist country but not The Netherlands. Complete ripoff!!!!
