Onder meer de Beemster XO (3 jaar oud) wordt exclusief bij de fabriekswinkel verkocht en is zeker de moeite waard. Nice factory shop where (in my opinion) the best cheese in the country is sold. The Beemster XO (3 years old), among others, is sold exclusively at the factory shop and is certainly worthwhile.

Wat een heerlijke kaas. we kochten de oude (2 kilo) en de jongere(1 kilo). over een paar weken gaan we weer naar noord-Holland, en slaan we voor ons zelf en onze vriendenkring ruim in. Koelbox mee. Heeeeeel erg lekker en toch niet zo extreem duur. Ik betaalde zo'n 8,50 per kilo. Je kan de stuken ook makkelijk laten insealen voor 0,50 cent per sealing. Gaan de kaas nog langer mee! Beemster Cheese bought at the CONO factory shop. What a delicious cheese. we bought the old (2 kilos) and the younger (1 kilo). In a few weeks we will go to North Holland again, and we will stock up on ourselves and our circle of friends. Cool box with you. Soooo very tasty and yet not that expensive. I paid about 8.50 per kilo. You can also easily have the pieces sealed for 0.50 cents per sealing. The cheese will last even longer!
M	Mark Lubbinge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste kaas van Nederland. Wat een mooie nieuwe fabriek, jammer dat de oude verdwijnt!!! Hier heeft mijn opa gewerkt, hij luste geen kaas, alleen Beemster. Tip, als je in de buurt bent, haal hier dan je kaas, dan heeft hij ook niet tijden op de plank gelegen bij een kaasboer of magazijn. Smaakt echt nog veel beter. Jammer dat de fabriek zelf niet te bezoeken is, zou graag een keer langskomen met mijn vader... Best cheese in the Netherlands. What a beautiful new factory, too bad the old one is disappearing !!! My grandfather worked here, he didn't like cheese, only Beemster. Tip, if you are in the area, get your cheese here, it will not have been on the shelf at a cheese farmer or warehouse. Really tastes much better. It is a shame that the factory itself cannot be visited, would like to visit my father ...
P	P. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beemsterkaas is heerlijk. En goedkoop in de bijbehorende winkel. Alleen het personeel laat te wensen over. We waren al gewaarschuwd voor onbeschoft personeel voordat we er al voor de eerste keer heen zijn gegaan. Daarna regelmatig personeel klantonvriendelijk tegen andere klanten zien doen. Toen wij laatst vroegen of ze ook kaas in plakjes sneden kregen wijzelf op een nare manier te horen dat ze dat niet doen. Een simpele "nee sorry" was voldoende geweest. Wij gaan er niet meer heen. Ik associeer tegenwoordig Beemsterkaas in de supermarkt ook met het personeel in het winkeltje. Beemster cheese is delicious. And cheap in the associated store. Only the staff leaves much to be desired. We were already warned against rude staff before we went there for the first time. Then regularly see staff doing customer unfriendly to other customers. When we recently asked if they also cut cheese into slices, we were told in a nasty way that they do not. A simple "no sorry" would have been enough. We don't go there anymore. Nowadays I also associate Beemster cheese in the supermarket with the staff in the shop.

Leider gab es bei unserem Besuch "derzeit keine Führungen", aber alle waren sehr freundlich und haben ein wenig mit uns geplaudert und erzählt, wie die Arbeit so abläuft. Im Käseshop haben wir dann ordentlich eingekauft. Tolle Beratung, sehr nette Menschen, die noch Ausflugtipps für die Umgebung und Vorschläge zum kostengünstigen Mittagessen gegeben haben (Westbeemster). Unsere Zweijährige war auch begeistert - was hauptsächlich an den echten Kühen und den paar Plastikkühen zum draufgrabbeln lag... Beemster cheese factory. Unfortunately, there were "no guided tours" at the time of our visit, but everyone was very friendly and chatted with us a bit about how the work goes. In the cheese shop, we then bought properly. Great advice, very nice people, the trip tips for the area and suggestions for inexpensive lunch have been (Westbeemster). Je zou het niet verwachten maar er zijn kleine boeren in de buurt met een breder assortiment. Goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Mass production, a really huge cheese factory, but you can get good cheese in the shop. Would have liked a wider range of cheeses. You wouldn't expect it, but there are small farmers in the area with a wider range. Good service and friendly staff.
