★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a case for my brand new AirPods 2 that I just recieved 2 days ago to avoid the scratches. The employee over there got me the case that was available and he put it on my AirPods. My AirPods got stuck in the case then he used sharp tools to remove it which caused scratches on my AirPods. I tried complaining and all they said is that they couldn’t do anything about it. The employee that was talking to me was being sarcastic about the scratch as we left the shop which is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He asked me for 75€ for cleaning charging dock and telling me it's brand new part. After 15 mins charging died again and he told me I broke it. I'm not recommending this service to anyone. Weak communication, unskilled "mechanic" who has his knowledge from YT and tools from action and/or aliexpres (stickers are keep on boxes).
