★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg teleurgesteld. Meneer zou het rooster in ons nieuwe kozijn komen brengen en plaatsen. Wij zitten nu al een aantal weken met een groot tochtgat in ons kozijn omdat hij zijn afspraken niet na komt. Ook is hij niet te bereiken en reageert niet op berichten.
 Very disappointed. Mister would bring and place the grille in our new frame. We have had a big draft hole in our window for a number of weeks now because he does not keep his agreements. He also cannot be reached and does not respond to messages.
