Helaas zijn we voorlopig nog lang niet klaar met dit dramatisch slechte bedrijf want het net nieuwe chalet begint nu ook al door te lekken en daar geef je dan €200.00 aan uit. Om je kapot te schamen! En dan probeer in me nog flink in te houden en netjes uit te drukken maar mijn bloed kookt ???????? Appallingly bad company with outrageously bad service and a champion of not keeping appointments. Unfortunately, we are far from finished with this dramatically bad company because the just new chalet is already starting to leak and you spend € 200.00 on that. To be ashamed of you! And then I try to hold back and express myself nicely but my blood is boiling ????????

Gekeken wat er aan de hand is, tot onze grote schrik een enorme lekkage. Wat door kenners is bekeken,duidt het op een constuctie fout Te kort dakleer en geen aansluiting van het dakleer naar de goot Gelijk contact opgenomen,inmiddels 3 weken later en met de nodige telefoontjes naar Contineltal en de nodige mails, zijn wij afgescheept met dat we het matriaal wat we nodig hebben tegen inkoopsprijs kunnen kopen en er een bedrijf bij te halen. Dus geen garantie, geen tegemoet koming. NIETS van dat alles. Als we om ons heen infomeren hebben andere bewoners wel 30 jaar garantie op hun Chalet,en of komen ze van de zaak waar ze hun Chalet hebben gekocht om het euvel te reparen. We bought an as good as new chalet in 2021, A while back we see that the overhang is bending. Looked at what is going on, to our great shock a huge leak. What has been looked at by experts, it indicates a construction error Roofing felt too short and no connection from the roofing felt to the gutter Immediately contacted, now 3 weeks later and with the necessary telephone calls to Contineltal and the necessary e-mails, we are convinced that we can buy the material we need at the purchase price and bring in a company. So no guarantee, no compensation. NONE of that. If we inform around us, other residents have a 30-year warranty on their Chalet, and or they come from the store where they bought their Chalet to fix the problem.
