Bottom-line workers are mostly good, friendly and hard-working.
Management appears to be just like normal workers, until you fail to do at least 1 thing and boom, you're unemployed.
Salary is rather good for the simplicity of tasks, but not appropriate for the speed and silly requirements they make.
