β β β β β Super slechte service! 2 chicken wraps, een burger en 3 juices besteld. De drankjes hebben een halfuur als het niet langer is geweest op zich laten wachten. Kwartier daarna volgde de frietjes(zonder de wrap) en de burger. Na in totaal 1,5 u gewacht te hebben op de wraps, een medewerker aangesproken en bleek dat deze niet in het systeem stonden aangeslagen. Zo was er nog een andere tafel die ook 1,5 u aan het wachten is geweest. Tegemoetkoming of excuus had in deze situatie wel even gemogen.ββ voor mij.
 Super bad service! Ordered 2 chicken wraps, a burger and 3 juices. The drinks have been delayed for half an hour if not longer. Fifteen minutes later the fries (without the wrap) and the burger followed. After waiting a total of 1.5 hours for the wraps, I approached an employee and it turned out that they were not registered in the system. For example, there was another table that has also been waiting for 1.5 hours. Compensation or apology would have been welcome in this situation.ββ for me.

β β β β β High tea voor een verjaardag gehad. De broodjes waren echt heerlijk! Echter hebben wij ontzettend lang gewacht op het eten. Ik merkte dat andere gasten ook erg lang moesten wachten voor hun koffietje. Dit was overigens in de corona periode dus ik kan me voorstellen dat er minder personeel gepland is. Maar ik raadt het restaurant sterk aan om meer personeel aan te nemen en zich meer te focussen op service en klantbeleving! Ik zou er nog een keer naar toe gaan puur voor het eten! Heerlijk!
Had high tea for a birthday. The sandwiches were really delicious! However, we waited a very long time for the food. I noticed that other guests also had to wait very long for their coffee. By the way, this was during the corona period so I can imagine that less staff is planned. But I strongly recommend that the restaurant hire more staff and focus more on service and customer experience! I would go there again just for the food! Delicious!

β β β β β Ik zeg je eerlijk. Ik heb voor het eerst fries met garnalen gegeten en het was gruwlijk. Die redbull Mocktail mocht er zeker wezen. Vriendelijk personeel. Hier kom ik vaker!
I tell you honestly. I ate fries with shrimp for the first time and it was horrific. That redbull Mocktail was definitely there. Friendly staff. I come here more often!
