Reageren niet op de telefoon of mail bij het probleem dat zich voordeed bij mij (storing ketel) tijdens het weekend. Pas maandag kreeg ik contact. Ze hadden geen telefoontje van mij gehad werd er beweerd ( ongeveer 30 keer gebeld, iedere keer antwoordapparaat met de mededeling dat ze afwezig waren). Vervolgens op dinsdag gerepareerd tijdens mijn afwezigheid (in verband met mijn werk). Bij thuiskomst zaterdag bleek de kachel op de hoogste stand te staan. De hele week dus gloeiend warm geweest in mijn huis, dit was ook te zien op mijn afrekening van Essent. Een mager excuus kon ervan af, dat wel (“excuses, maar kan er niets meer aan veranderen, succes verder”). Geen rekening ontvangen. Dacht dus dat het verrekend was met de slechte service. Nee dus, na anderhalf jaar toch een rekening gekregen. Uiteindelijk betaald maar heb er een slecht gevoel bij. Disappointingly, don't keep the deal. Do not respond to the phone or email with the problem that occurred to me (boiler malfunction) during the weekend. I only got in touch on Monday. They had not received a call from me it was claimed (called about 30 times, each time an answering machine saying they were absent). Then repaired on Tuesday in my absence (due to my work). When we got home on Saturday, the stove turned out to be on the highest setting. So the whole week it was blazing hot in my house, this was also visible on my bill from Essent. A meager excuse could be done away with, though (“apologies, but nothing can change, good luck”). No bill received. So thought it was offset by the bad service. So no, after a year and a half still got an invoice. Paid in the end but I have a bad feeling about it.
