Small store but friendly staff

great selection for an afordable price.

Great local supermarket, seems to be open at any time you need it. Including weekends and most holidays. Has a large choice in items for the small size.

I have only used this shop for online delivery, so this is NOT a review of the physical store. I have mixed feelings about COOP online delivery, so will try to give you the details to judge for yourself. Plusses: low orders. Where AH for examples has a minimum order of 70€ to order online, Coop is only €40. They deliver in my area (only AH and Spar also do that). When I first ordered, the delivery was free for 2 weeks so I paid nothing. Their drivers are generally courteous and bring the food in without any issues. Minuses: one the second time I ordered with free delivery, they charged me a delivery fee anyway. Their customer service said they'd refund me, but they didn't. Instead when I placed another order, I emailed them again to ask to refund it there - which they did. But it was all a lot of hassle. Assortment is pretty low online. I follow a plant-based diet (vegan) and find that COOP online doesn't always sell everything I'm looking for. It's not rocket fuel, just normal veggies and such. The product information isn't available on lots of products online, so if for example I want to buy pure chocolate, I can't check if it has any hidden milk-ingredients. I end up not buying lots of products because of this. They don't have a great variety of special dairy-free/vegan products, but it's hardly an issue when cooking whole-based. The THT (use before) and condition of fruit isn't always great. Almost every order I've had there were issues with this, either very short THT for things that truly expire (like tofu in the fridge), or fruit that is visibly overripe. Overall it's ok. They have good weekly offers, and the basics are usually there. If you have a small household, you won't need a lot of stuff so they're ok to order. I now mix it up and order there every now and then (and order from other places in the meantime for different variety of stuff).

The overall shopping experience was great, I bought a croissant.
