Veel en af en toe lang wachten.

Работают почти одни Поляки..Мне наверное просто не повезло. Мало того что кофе не дали, так ещё и 4 палета больше часа разгружали. Главное разгрузили и не зовут, а сказали чтоб в кабине ждал пока позовут...а тут ещё и свет отключился...а мне ещё в 3 места на разгрузку ехать...так что впечатления не очень. Может все из за пандемии конечно...Может кому то и больше повезло здесь...

Goed om te lossen. De jongens zijn toffe gasten en aardig. Duurt af en toe een beetje lang dat je de papieren terug hebt maar ach,het is gelukkig geen lidl. De kantine zou wel eens een keer open mogen voor de chauffeurs om koffie te kunnen pakken.

I wish they can also make decisions when it comes to employment or be present during an interview. A lady went there for an interview and she passed but the decision for her to get the job was not on the interviewer but the team leads because if the team doesn't like a person they frustrate the new employee and make them leave. According to what she was told during the interview. She did not get the job though at the end of everything. She wasted her time and money to go there but ended up being rejected because the existing staff has issues accepting new people. Not nice. I love Coop but i hope they look into it.

At beginning of your career they ask you about what you like what not. In general your feelings is they care about employees and their people. How big illusion it is you will realize with every next day you are there. They ask about problems, if you think something can solve that but they do literally nothing to solve problems you mention. If your "performance" (products you collected in one our) is enough for them you will be friends (in the case of friendship you can't complain too much - limit for that is really poor - and you should say what they want to hear. If you don't then you might meet another problems. They want you work in constant stress by creating pressure. You will notice it in first day. People are walking like robots, walking over products boxes etc. Many containers have broken bearings inside wheels but if wheel is spinning it means container is able to pickup order... If you have any other option for job, be sure that other is better for your body and mind. If you don't want to stay here for long period then don't worry. The best thing you can find there is relation between you and Tempo-Team staff, they are honestly helpful and friendly. At beginning they will inform you about few basic rules but you can say every time you forget and that's fine as long as your performance is high enough. Every week you will be below minimum next you can expect "meetings" with team leaders. One day they asked me "why your performance is lower" I explained to them what could affect they started to telling to me and people from work-agency they guess I am lying, later I can stop explaining, because every time they ask why I have an excuse (why? Stop explaining, every time we ask you have something to say - logic in those conversations? Completely L. A. C. K. ) Also your social life will be ruined because you can't make any detailed plans, you can finish earlier before planned time and you can work longer (4/5 longer) and you are never sure time you will leave that place. Also lockers seems like jokes. Square 25cm * 25cm if you would like to keep there clothier for cold conditions or just shoes jacket backpack don't forget to fold them to their limits... Also your break means only you are out of your lane because many of your colleagues at canine are sitting in the same table (let me guess, maximaal half meter to each other) and screaming like they were at another department... Just don't want to spend too much time on that opinion. In general I can say you don't want to work there... Kind regards
