β β β β β doing lash lifting for a few months already and just loving the result every time! really recommend to make an appointment with the lovely Fahrin.
I did fat freezing (and also lash lifting) with Deborah and loved the result as well, I recommend it!
the whole team is very nice and professional.

β β β β β Had a groupon voucher for teeth whitening and eye lash curl and tint. The service was excellent with Alicandra (sorry if misspelt), she was very friendly and kind and talked me through the whole process - continually checking if I was OK. The eyelash curl and tint turned out so beautifully without any eye irritation. Very satisfied with this.
A patch on one of my front teeth was a little whiter than the rest but she said that would go away soon (that's the reason for losing one star).. if the shade evens up, I'll change this review to 5*. :)

I have went to this clinic to treat spots on my skin, and I was recommended by the specialist sessions of crystal peeling + application of acids.
The result she detonated my skin
the specialist didn't seem to understand anything she was doing, when I complained to her that my skin was worse than before, she burned my skin causing even more blemishes she said she would start another procedure.
I decided to give up because I didnβt trust the specialist at all, she didnβt give me confidence in what she was doing, in fact I have my doubts about her experience.
but unfortunately it wasnβt just the feeling of not trusting before she burned my face.
Anyway, do not look for this place to treat blemishes on your face, especially if you have dark skin.

I never wrote anything here, but you have no idea how many people I spoke about my bad experience in your business, and who gave up on going to your place.

I realized that you did not understand about this type of treatment, when I read the appropriate treatments for dark skin on the internet, I was forced to look for this information after realizing in the second session that my skin was really burned.
you probably didn't know that for acids depending on the percentage it is not recommended for certain skin types, proof of that was that my skin was damaged

- I walked for many days with ugly skin and people looking at me weird everywhere, at work the clients looked at me with fear as if I had something contagious, questioned by a pregnant client who was scared I had to explain that, that in my face was just a result of an aesthetic treatment and it would not pose any danger to her and the baby.
can you imagine how frustanre it was for me?
And now you have the folly to write that I did not continue the care at home?!

I followed all the care at home, I made a point of recording in photos and videos and even after that time I still have everything saved.
It is unbelievable that you try to blame me justifying that I work with a big lamp on my face without protection, do you really think thant I have an interest in damaging my own skin? I bought your expensive post-treatment protection creams, AND YESSS I used them day after day.
I wouldnβt pay that much for a product just for not to use.
I explained that after my confidence in you services was frustratedly over, I just gave up because I didn't want to spend my energy and money on such bizarre things.
I read other reports here talking about exactly that point of anti professionalism, it is frustrating to know that I am part of those who are dissatisfied, Below I saw a negative feedback from a person who even wants to sue you, so concluding all this I see that your business went from bad to worse if you don't turn around and stop blaming the client for your lack of professionalism.
AS IN OTHER ANSWERS FROM OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EVERYTHING YOU DO IS BLAME THE CUSTOMER, YOU ONLY HAVE CHEAP EXCUSES (JUSTIFICATIONS)
YOU DO NOT HAVE THE HUMILITY AND WISDOM OF RECOGNIZING YOUR FAILURE AND SEEKING IMPROVEMENT WITH IT.

β β β β β I did a Cryolipolisis treatment and didnβt like the experience. The lack of communication was the main issue.
Neither was I explained the procedure of the whole treatment, nor greeted in a friendly way - the lady didnβt introduce herself or even asked my name. Overall this seems to be a place for a fast in and out.
She immediately started to put the equipment on me solely hinting what I should do just to blame me when the equipment fell off my face.
Then I was advised to treat a bigger area than I booked for which I agreed to and trusted the advice.
It didnβt help that again I wasnβt explained that extra time was needed which resulted in stopping treatment halfway through as I had to leave. We could have rescheduled if I had been explained the procedure and time needed.
Another thing, I also wasnβt aware of the reaction by the treatment, and kind of shocked by huge bruises on my neck, which they assured me would be normal - I now know itβs not.
Lastly, cash and Dutch cards only. Inconvenient for expats.
Overall I cannot recommend.
I think it is very unprofessional to blame your costumers.
Consider the effect of dealing with criticism in this way.
I suggest trying to find a solution for bad feedback in private. By listening to your customers you can change some bad reviews - it would have worked with me.

β β β β β Deborah, did a fantastic job to make me comfortable. I live in Boston. Her prices are a fraction of what it costs to get these procedures done, here (Boston). Within 2 hours, Deborah (owner) and Moni performed cryolipolysis (fat freezing), Emsculpt, and lipocavitation. Afterwards, we were offered drinks at their bar. The set up is very clean and professional. Her machines are brand new, and the treatment effective. Deborah, and Moni are very dear to me. I'll definitely be going back to them. The clinic is in Amsterdam Oost. Meaning, for someone on a tight schedule, layover or vacation, it's well worth the visit!

They follow all safety regulations against covid. I was recently attended by Bruna, who is also a great professional. Impeccable service from both professionals, fast and almost painless.
