J	Johnny Eklund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte nur ein paar Scans + Ausdrucke von A0+ formatigen Sachen haben. An sich sollte das ja kein Problem darstellen, wie ich mich täuschte. Scans waren verwackelt und unscharf. Auch wurde eines meiner Originale beim Scan eingerissen, mir wurde aber gesagt, dass dies schon so gewesen sei. Die Dame die mich als "dummen" Kunden behandelte war zudem auch noch sehr herablassend und mir kam es so vor, als ob sie dachte, dass ich dumm bin und nicht unterscheiden kann ob mein Original schon beschädigt war oder nicht. Ein mal da gewesen und nie wieder. Just wanted to have a few scans + prints of A0 + format stuff. In itself, that shouldn't be a problem, as I was wrong. Scans were blurred and out of focus. One of my originals was torn down during the scan, but I was told that this was already the case. The lady who treated me as a "stupid" customer was also very condescending and I felt as if she thought that I was stupid and could not tell whether my original was damaged or not. Been there once and never again.

Was aber noch wichtiger ist: Ich habe eine umfassende, kompetente und freundliche Beratung genossen, die mir die Entscheidung leicht gemacht hat. Die Unterstützung bei Lieferung und Aufbau des Plotters in meinem Arbeitsraum hat mich ebenfalls begeistert. Insgesamt ein Superservice, der umso mehr hervorzuheben ist, als ich Endabnehmer mit eher geringem Materialbedarf bin. Alle Daumen hoch! Man bekommt innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung und jede Frage wird sofort beantwortet. Wir haben einen großen Drucker bestellt, der nicht durch unserer Tür passte und der Techniker hat sich die Mühe gemacht, ihn auseinanderzunehmen was erheblich länger gedauert hat ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Wir sind begeistert! Very nice, courteous employees and great personal customer service! You get a response within a very short time and every question is answered immediately. We ordered a large printer that did not fit through our door and the technician went to the trouble of taking it apart which took significantly longer at no additional cost. We are excited!
