★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled the appointment for 10.15am. Was just told to expect at least another hour of wait time, with another 30 or so ahead in line. Reimbursement is not an option. Understand summer holidays may be causing a demand surge, but wondering whether there are better ways to go about that than this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them over 16 hours to give me the results of a rapid antigen test. I had to call them repeatedly and almost missed my flight because of their incompetence.

Booked an appointment due to travel to Japan and called them before the test to ask if the test result is delivered according to the requirements asked by the Japanese authorities. They told me yes and that it would not be a problem at all. However, this was not the case, the result of the test is not delivered according to the needed requirements, so we needed to book another test elsewhere. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a test during ADE weekend. Had to wait more than an hour (!) to finally get inside as there was a long queue and only 1 person inside taking the swabs. On a more positive note received the antigen test results very quickly, within an hour.
