Wij hebben al meerdere PCR testen laten afnemen maar deze was veruit de allerpijnlijkste ooit! Test wordt letterlijk in je neus geragd, zeer pijnlijk ook nog een tijd daarna. Zowel bij mijn partner als bij mijzelf. Toen ik vroeg wat de NAAT test is tov de PCR test (wij moeten een NAAT test hebben voor de reis naar Spanje). Werd er verteld dat hij dit niets wist en ik het zelf moest opzoeken. Wat blijkt: de NAAT test is de PCR test… Dan werk je op een testlocatie en weet je deze vraag niet te beantwoorden?! Erg onprofessioneel en daarnaast erg pijnlijk. Wij komen hier niet meer terug. Genoeg andere locaties die je wel als mens behandelen en rustig de test afnemen zonder pijn te veroorzaken. Eens en nooit meer. Unprofessional and very painful test administration We are not happy with this test location. We have already had several PCR tests taken, but this one was by far the most painful ever! Test is literally ragged in your nose, very painful for a while afterwards. Both with my partner and with myself. When I asked what the NAAT test is compared to the PCR test (we must have a NAAT test for the trip to Spain). Was told he didn't know this and I had to look it up myself. What turns out: the NAAT test is the PCR test… Then you work at a test location and you don't know how to answer this question?! Very unprofessional and also very painful. We won't be coming back here. Enough other locations that do treat you as a person and take the test calmly without causing any pain. Once and never again.
O	Olivia Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte test locatie ! Geen kennis van anatomie geen opleiding i guess! ze gaan tot aan je hersen duwen en duwen en herhalen de marteling nog een keer ! Meer dan 50 keer getest in totaal maar zoiets, nog nooit meegemaakt ! What a bad test location! No knowledge of anatomy no training i guess! they will push and push up to your brain and repeat the torture one more time! Tested more than 50 times in total but never experienced anything like this!

Update: Called them and they said the result would be out that evening, but it was never received, not even an apology email. Go somewhere else if you want results.
