Even you book an appointment you need to wait, I had a queue of more than 20 people ahead of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I mistakenly booked the wrong PCR and I realised right after they took the sample. I immediately asked to pay the difference in price to get a faster result but they did not allow that. Customer service was quite rude.

I scheduled an economy test for result the next day between 3-6 pm
At 6pm the next day there was no result nor communication
The chat function kept telling me result would be mailed within 30 min
2 hours later still no result
I eventually received the result at 10.45 pm
I understand things can go wrong
Just make sure to inform (eg an email at 6 pm explaining the situation) and give a better estimate on when the results can be expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book online. When I arrived a bit before the appointed time I was quickly checked-in and I could immediately proceed to the nurse. She was friendly, explained the proces well and took the samples in a relatively painless manner. Although I had booked the "economy" test (for €79,95), which is supposed to deliver the result within 24 hours, I found them in my inbox after 16 hours already. All in all, not fun, but highly recommended if you need a PCR test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to do a test to travel overseas. Dependent on the amount of people travelling, I was the only one in the clinic. It took less than 5 minutes and the results were presented to me within 24hours.
