β β β β β Op de website wordt aangegeven binnen 1 dag resultaat, echter wacht ik al 1 week op de uitslag.
Wordt ook pas om 17:30 doorgecommuniceerd.
Verwacht meer professionaliteit van een kliniek waar je nog eens 110 euro voor betaald.

β β β β β Ik heb test gedaan en zei tegen mij uitslag binnen 24 Uur maar de dag die ik moet vliegen is die uitslag niet eens binnen dus ik mocht niet weg en heb contact opgenomen voor oplossing of ik nog mag komen testen en tot nu toe geen gehoor en niemand krijg je aan de telefoon vindt zo erg dat ze zo doen.
Bij deze wacht ik nog mij vergoeding want β¬160 heb ik betaald om te gaan vliegen waar door jullie schuld niet op tijd mij uitslag binnen is.
I have taken a test and said to my result within 24 hours but the day that I have to fly the result is not even in so I was not allowed to leave and have contacted for a solution whether I can still test and so far no hearing and no one you get on the phone so sorry they do that.
I am still waiting for my compensation because I have paid β¬ 160 to fly where my result is not received in time due to your fault.

β β β β β Duurste in de wijde omgeving voor een coronatest en de uitslag laat erg lang op zich wachten. Kortom zoek verder.

Op de site stond binnen 24 uur uitslag. Vervolgens kreeg ik pas tijdens het bezoek te horen dat de uitslag pas eind van de middag de volgende dag zou komen. Dat was al later dan 24 uur maar oke. Vervolgens krijg je i.p.v. de uitslag een bericht dat de uitslag later komt.
De uitslag was er pas na 58 uur. Wat betekend dat ik niet naar Duitsland kon en al mijn afspraken heb moeten annuleren. Ik had die 160 euro dus net zo goed in de prullenbak kunnen gooien. Dit terwijl er op de site op verschillende plaatsen stond "Door drukte de uitslag tussen de 24 en 48 uur".
Dus begrip heb ik niet als je wordt voorgelogen en bestolen.

The results were posted on the site within 24 hours. Then I was only told during the visit that the results would not come until late afternoon the next day. That was later than 24 hours but okay. You will then receive a message that the result will come later instead of the result.
The result was not there until after 58 hours. Which means that I couldn't go to Germany and had to cancel all my appointments. So I might as well have thrown that 160 euros in the trash. This while on the site it was stated in various places "Due to pressure the results between 24 and 48 hours".
So I have no understanding if you are lied to and robbed.

β β β β β Vorige week 's ochtends een corona test uit laten voeren voor 160 euro en die moest ik de volgende dag in het buitenland laten zien om in het hotel te komen. Ik heb voor de test nog gevraagd of hij op tijd binnen zou zijn en de mevrouw die de test afnam zei nee hoor geen probleem de uitslag komt meestal in de ochtend met uitzondering in de middag. De volgende dag om 13.00 nog niks binnen. 5 keer gebeld waarvan 3 keer de verbinding na een half uur gewoon werd verbroken. Uiteindelijk iemand aan de lijn gekregen om 15.00 en die zei nee hoor uitslag komt altijd pas na 17.00. Tot 17.00 gewacht en nog geen uitslag. 18.00 weer aan de lijn en hadden ze gezegd nee tussen 20.00 en 21.00. Ik kon nog steeds niet naar binnen in het hotel met 2 kinderen en ben uiteindelijk 2.5 uur verder gereden naar een bekende en daar gaan slapen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik van het Laboratorium zelf om 22.30 de uitslag (36 uur later). De dag erna om 17.00 in de avond kreeg ik pas van Stadskliniek een email om de uitslag te bekijken. Dat is 54 uur later. Dit is gewoonweg schandalig, bedrog en afzetterij. Ik raad dan ook iedereen aan om je test ergens anders te doen.

This is simply outrageous, cheating and a rip off. I therefore advise everyone to take your test elsewhere.

β β β β β I had needed PCR test result to return to my home country, so I made an afspraak to get a PCR test here. The place was clean and quiet, the staff and the doctor were so helpful and attentive. Got the result and travel declaration the next day, as promised.

β β β β β THIS IS FRAUD AND ONLY MAKING MONEY!!! They work together with a German laboratory Dr. Quade in KΓΆln who charge only 80 Euros and guarantee a test result within 24 hrs. Stadsklinik charges DOUBLE without providing any service!
Needed a corona Test for a travel to Germany. To be able to travel you need to provide a PCR covid negative test that is not older than 48 hrs! My appointment was 9:30 in the morning and I was told I would receive it in the next morning, latest next day evening. All lies and did not happen! No one answers the phone, no one calls back, if you may reach someone I think they just come up with no sense excuses.
The test result finally arrived 36 hrs later. As a result this is USELESS for any travel purposes and fraud! We could not check in any hotel and hat to cancel all appointments.
I will for sure ask for refund and may take this to a layer.
