★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the wrong salon and they were absolutely lovely about it. No problem, they washed and blow-dried my (silly amount of thick) hair anyway. Not on the cheap side (€50) but high quality and great staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually go to the other place owned by the same people. However, this was my first time in their new shop. It looks great, and service is on par with the looks or even better. Would definitely recommend this place to get a great haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thursday 23 August tried to get a haircut here without an appointment. They work until 9 pm, I was there at 7:50, two girls working, one was finishing up with a client, the other one was sweeping up. I asked if it was possible to get a haircut, they said no. The reason wasn't that they had other customers scheduled or waiting, but that they needed time to clean up!
A whole hour to clean up! The two of them..
I guess the real reason was they wanted to go home early.
Very customer unfriendly in my opinion.
I hope the owner/manager can teach them a thing or two about being a bit more customer focused.
In any case, I would not recommend the place based on this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know I am more angry or sad. I came to the salon to color my roots because I did not want to change color, I saw the formula of my dyes which gave me my previous master, but master propose me to make highlighting. She said that it will make my color more equal on the all length (I am a blonde). I said ok. But after my hair washing I saw in the mirror another color. Master suggested to remove it. Ok. Washing with remover. But again something strange with color! They used remover again. And what do you think? I saw not my color again. I began nervous and went home.
When I return home I touched my hair and ... it’s a sponge( yes, my hairs weren’t in the super good condition. But after so many manipulation the quality went down(. In the recipe I saw a nutrition mask. Yes, the master used it, but after fist head washing.
In a result- minus 150 euro, hair color and hair quality. What to do next? How bring back my hairs and mood(
Update. Today I woke up, I looked at myself in the mirror! Hell! U made me hall. My hairs without shine and dry like a desert! I hate myself now! I need to spend an arm and a leg for repairing my hairs and nervous system.
