Zeer prettige en proffesionele meiden die je oprecht goed advies geven. Ook in deze lockdown in contact bleven en helpen waar mogelijk! ik kom er al heel veel jaren en altijd enorm tevreden en met een heel blij gevoel weer de deur uit. Een echte aanrader voor degene die echt om hun haar geven!
Very pleasant and professional girls who sincerely give you good advice. Stayed in touch in this lockdown and help where possible! I have been coming there for many years and always very satisfied and with a very happy feeling. Highly recommended for those who really care about their hair!

I popped in to have my undercut buzzed, the hairdressers are very unfamiliar with that kind of work on women it seem since the person working on me was obviously unsure in her work. She placed a simple hairdressers cloth to protect* me from the falling hair, but did not use any neck cloth to prevent tiny hair from going underneath and under my shirt. When she finished cutting she did not blow dry of the fine buzzed of hair or even brush it of my face and neck and just straight up removed the cloth letting it ALL fall under and onto my shirt and then blowing it with a hair drier even deeper into my shirt. My face and body were covered in the tiny itchy hair all day since i had a whole day of travelling thru Amsterdam ahead of me. DEEPLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrific experience. Don't go here. I went to this salon because they seemed serious when I walked in a couple of days before. I wanted a balayage on my previously darker dyed hair. They were much more expensive than other salons (250 euros) but I trusted that they were professional. They weren’t. I explained very simply what I wanted, I wanted half the hair blonde, what a balayage is supposed to do. They told me they only were willing to do half the hair (for the same price may I add) but promised me it would look good. I had to take the entire day off work because this was going to take 4 hours they told me. (It took 5 and a half). First they changed the base color which went well so I had a lot of trust in them. Misplaced trust. After 5 and a half hours they were done and I was shocked when they started drying my hair, nothing lighter was visible. The hairdresser must have seen the shock on my face and kept saying β€œit will look lighter, it will look lighter!”. When it was dry the second hairdresser asked what my hair goal was and I explained that I wanted half of my hair blonde, she was obviously also a bit shocked and both of them started saying I had to come back another time to have it done, for more money of course. I straight up told them I can’t afford to come back a second time and that this was not what I asked for. It looked like maybe 4 highlight a cheap reality show star would have on tv and that I had to pay a lot of money to look like that. In Dutch they started speaking behind my back and the second hairdresser told the one that did my hair that I should get a discount. It was very obvious that they had messed up. The hairdresser that did my hair even took me outside because β€œit will look lighter, it’s very dark inside. Are you at least a bit happy now?”. I wasn’t lighter, and I repeatedly said I wasn’t happy. I got a 25 euro discount, it was like a slap in the face while I was already crying. I had to pay 225 euro for this literal mess and waste and entire day of holiday. I went home crying. I came back later and asked for a refund. They offered to fix it the next day, but I can’t afford to take another day off work. I was only refunded the money for the balayage (137 euros) but without any discussion. They knew they had messed up. I went to another hairdresser to get their opinion and they laughed and said that I got a few highlights, not a balayage. I am incredibly sad and disappointed. This failure has cost me an incredible amount (83 euros, 5.5 hours and entire day of not working) of money and suffering.
