★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het pand ligt onopvallend ingesloten tussen een paar grote industriële gebouwen. De ruimtes binnen worden verhuurd aan mensen die een kantoorruimte nodig hebben. Het is een al wat ouder gebouw en dat zie je want het is behoorlijk versleten en er hangt een bedompt luchtje in het gebouw. De verhuurder zou er best eens wat onderhoud aan kunnen doen.
Op het moment zijn er een paar kleine firma's en bedrijfjes aanwezig. Er is meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
De in en uitgangen zijn enkel elektronisch toegankelijk.
The property is inconspicuously enclosed between a few large industrial buildings. The spaces inside are rented out to people who need an office space. It is an older building and you can tell because it is quite worn and there is a stuffy smell in the building. The landlord could do with some maintenance.
At the moment there are a few small firms and businesses present. There is more than enough parking space.
The entrances and exits are only accessible electronically.
