★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered kraft labels at Cottontrends.nl. I could choose from 5 of different sizes.
The labels I received had incorrect measurements (1 cm shorter and 0,5 cm narrower than I ordered). Moreover the size I received was not included in the 5 options provided by the site.
I reached out per email about this, only to hear that it would take at least 1-2 weeks to figure out what went wrong with the order. I subsequently complained that my project could not wait that long, and requested that my order be refunded, as I would have to order my labels asap elsewhere. Despite two reminders, I have not heard from them since. Needless to say, when you try to phone you get a message that the phone cannot be answered and to email instead….
Do not order at this unreliable site.
Update: I have been refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delighted to receive my dressmaking labels from CottonTrends. I ordered the eggshell jersey custom labels with the needle & thread. I love the texture & the layout. Very easy to customise online. It will add a professional touch to my home made wardrobe. Just be aware that, if you live in Australia, despite the .com.au address, the labels do come from overseas so take several weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient company. My order simply just didnt arrive from Netherlands to Melbourne , Australia the first little white envelope just slipped through the net somewhere! Very disappointed & wanting a refund initially they perservered and re-printed my labels. 1 week later they came & they are beautiful! Thanks so much for hanging in there & going the extra mile! I wish all online services were as resilient.

When I contacted CottonTrends they immediately organised to have my labels printed again at no additional cost to me. Thankfully these did arrive and I have to say I am extremely happy with the labels. Beautiful quality and exactly what I was expecting to receive. I would highly recommend labels from CottonTrends. They are also very responsive and answer emails promptly. Very happy customer :)
