Very bad agency. They promise a lot in terms of training and the like, but they keep this from the low salary. Make a lot of money on the back of my salary ... never for work again

Cottus, top company. Say what they do and do what they say! Wonderful vocational school to train people to become a technical professional such as an electrician, plumber, installation technician or even certified welder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben enige tijd geleden overgenomen door de VDL groep na 3 jaar voor Cottus B.V. gewerkt te hebben.
De medewerkers van vestiging in Helmond hebben mij heel goed geholpen. Zo kun je altijd bij ze terecht en je hoeft maar te bellen en staan voor je klaar. Ze houden ook van leuke feestjes. En tegen het einde van de maand krijg je een berichtje van een van de medewerkers dat het tijd is voor de borrel. Dan kun je na werktijd op de vrijdag de maand goed afsluiten met een hapje en een drankje.
Zelf heb ik nog altijd contact met een aantal medewerkers en ook veel kennissen op gedaan gedurende periode dat ik voor ze heb gewerkt.
Je kunt wel zeggen dat de medewerkers je op een vriendschappelijke manier benaderen. Dat vond ik super fijn aan deze organisatie
Some time ago I was taken over by the VDL group after 3 years for Cottus B.V. to have worked.
The employees at the Helmond office have helped me very well. So you can always contact them and you only have to call and they are ready for you. They also like to have fun parties. And by the end of the month you will receive a message from one of the employees that it is time for a drink. Then you can close the month after working hours on a Friday with a snack and a drink.
I myself am still in contact with a number of employees and also made many acquaintances during the period that I worked for them.
You can say that the employees approach you in a friendly manner. I really liked that about this organization
