One of the most fascinating sessions was delivered by Marco Buschman, followed by a discussion he had with the inspirational Leader John Mark Williams. What caught my attention was the paradox between Functional and Relational elements in the workplace: although both of them are necessary and equal, yet the way we relate to ourselves and each other is more crucial to the successful functioning of organizations. Thank you for an inspiring presentation!
