★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte behandeling door de heer Cor Kouwenberg van het bedrijf Gerual Rolluiken & Zonwering! Erg klantonvriendelijk. Komt opmeten en geeft geen uitgewerkte offerte voor een te besteden bedrag van 11.000,- euro! Hij geeft aan dat ik hem maar moet vertrouwen en laat mij vervolgens zelf alles voor de offerte opschrijven. Eenmaal hiermee geconfronteerd, zegt hij doodleuk: "Mijn gevoel zegt dat ons bedrijf niet bij u past vandaar dat wij de samenwerking stoppen. Wij wensen u veel succes met een andere partij"

Very bad treatment by Mr. Cor Kouwenberg of the company Gerual Rolluiken & Zonwering! Very customer unfriendly. Comes to measure and does not give a detailed quotation for an amount of 11,000 euros to be spent! He indicates that I should trust him and then lets me write everything down for the quotation myself. Once confronted with this, he says casually: "My feeling says that our company does not suit you, which is why we stop the cooperation. We wish you the best of luck with another party"
