Nice and cozy atmosphere at Crab Kitesurf School. After a good session, a nice cup of coffee with the staff! Thick recommendation.

Ik had les van Guido en hij legde alles superduidelijk uit, van het klaarmaken van de kite tot wat je moet doen als je kite ondersteboven in het water belandt. Ook waren er weinig andere kiters op de plek dus had alle ruimte en zat niemand in de weg. Dit smaakt naar meer! After two mornings of private lessons at Crab, I was already able to water start with my board on and surf my first meters! I had lessons from Guido and he explained everything super clearly, from preparing the kite to what to do if your kite ends up in the water upside down. There were also few other kiters on the spot so there was plenty of space and no one was in the way. This tastes like more!

Ze waren flexibel ivm de weersomstandigheden en fijn in de communicatie. Kite les was heel erg leuk, veilig, met splinternieuwe gear. Er hangt een chille vibe. Kortom aanrader! Had super good beginners lesson, in a perfect spot on the beach in Vlieland (near bath houses). They were flexible with regard to weather conditions and good communication. Kite lesson was a lot of fun, safe, with brand new gear. There is a chill vibe. In short, recommended!

Vervolgens in stappen steeds meer zelfstandig de controle over de kite gekregen. Een prettige en veilige eerste kennismaking met het kitesurfen. Verder hangt er een heel ontspannen en rustige sfeer en zowel Guido als Annebelle staan klaar op vragen te beantwoorden. Three-day course at CRAB, Annebelle teaches the basics of kite surfing in a very calm and clear way. Then gradually gained more and more independent control over the kite. A pleasant and safe first introduction to kitesurfing. There is also a very relaxed and calm atmosphere and both Guido and Annebelle are ready to answer questions.

Wij waren op zoek naar een dedicated kiteschool om een uitgebreide beginnercursus te volgen. We werden getipt over CRAB. Omdat de wind steeds veranderde, werden de lestijden en -dagen ook aangepast, zodat we wel echt het meeste uit onze lessen konden halen. Iedereen was super flexibel (kon ook makkelijker omdat het nog geen hoogseizoen was). Het materiaal is goed, ze hebben een mooie plek op het strand met strandtent ('t Badhuys) vlakbij om lekker te lunchen. De instructeurs zijn ervaren en hebben veel aandacht voor je. Ze kunnen ook goed lesgeven. Super om op zo'n manier te beginnen met zo'n leuke sport. Kortom: "cut the CRAB", ga daar kiten! ;-) F & K Cool kitesurfing school with a wonderful vibe! With enthusiastic and ambitious IKO-certified instructors at one of the best kite spots in NL. We were looking for a dedicated kite school to follow an extensive beginner course. We were tipped off about CRAB. Because the wind kept changing, the lesson times and days were also adjusted, so that we could really get the most out of our lessons. Everyone was super flexible (could also be easier because it was not yet high season). The material is good, they have a nice spot on the beach with a beach bar ('t Badhuys) nearby to have a nice lunch. The instructors are experienced and pay a lot of attention to you. They can also teach well. Great to start such a fun sport in such a way. In short: "cut the CRAB", go kiting there! ;-) F & K

Aanmelden kon gemakkelijk via de website en we zouden een bericht krijgen wanneer de wind goed zou staan. Deze volgde al snel! Met gezonde spanning in de benen betraden we de kitesurfschool op het strand. Alles ademt er naar het strandleven. Mensen die echt plezier hebben in de dingen die ze doen, en tijd lijkt niet te bestaan. Eenmaal met onze wetsuits aan kon de les echt beginnen. Op het strand gaf onze instructrice een duidelijke uitleg, en toen kon de kite omhoog. We hebben letterlijk 3 uur lang een glimlach op ons gezicht gehad.. Gevolg: De twee dagen daarna hebben we weer lessen genomen… Ik voel me al bijna een echte kiter? Bedankt Annebelle, Maike, Sasha en anderen die ik wel of niet heb ontmoet voor deze enorm leuke ervaring. Tot snel? A week in Vlieland, of course that includes an activity on the water. It was easy to register via the website and we would receive a message when the wind would be right. This one soon followed! With healthy tension in our legs we entered the kitesurfing school on the beach. Everything breathes beach life. People who really enjoy the things they do, and time doesn't seem to exist. Once with our wetsuits on, the lesson could really start. On the beach, our instructor gave a clear explanation, and then the kite could go up. We literally had a smile on our face for 3 hours.. Result: The next two days we took lessons again… I almost feel like a real kiter Thank you Annebelle, Maike, Sasha and others I may or may not have met for this tremendously fun experience. Aardig, vakkundig en behulpzaam personeel en het nieuwste kite materiaal van Naish. Dus wil je island vibes, leren kiten of gewoon de branding van Vlieland schredden, maar heb je geen zin in gesleep met materiaal.... CRAB Kitesurf School is the place to be ? Super relaxed kite school with rental options at one of the most beautiful kite spots in NL. With wind from N directions lovely waves. Nice, professional and helpful staff and the latest kite material from Naish. So do you want to get island vibes, learn to kite or just surf the surf of Vlieland, but you don't feel like dragging with material.... CRAB Kitesurf School is the place to be ?
