Mooie plek geheel in kerst (nu deze tijd). Hot tube was heel fijn en ontbijt aan niks te kort.

Afgelopen week met zeven meiden in het huisje gezeten, de ontvangst was goed en toen we erachter kwamen dat we een aantal spullen misten werd dit meteen geregeld. Wederom genoten en zeker een aanrader.

Zeer prettig ontvangst gehad en een super leuke woning waar ik in heb mogen vertoeven. Super schone en nette plek. Al met al dus zeer geslaagd! Bedankt mannen!

Erg leuk verblijf gehad. Onze dochters waren erg verrast en vonden het heel leuk om in een paardenstal te slapen. Een keer anders dan anders. Goed contact en fijne communicatie. Enige nadeel is de hoge borg van 300 euro. (Alhoewel het bij ons geen overbodig bedrag was ivm kapot maken van de thermostaat, maar dat is erg fijn opgelost). Al met al een aanrader.

Heerlijke paar dagen gehad in het houten cottage. Alles is goed schoon, echt schoon! Heerlijke bedden en handdoeken. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijke mensen, prachtige tuin. Ontbijt is rijk en super vers! Hot tub kon makkelijk verplaatst worden naar een andere dag gezien het slecht weer.

Heerlijk verblijf waar we tot rust zijn gekomen. Hele lieve en gezellige eigenaar. Mooie locatie. Gezellige tuin met vuur en muziek en de hottub. ?

Leuk ontvangst en contact tijdens het verblijf. Er hangt een fijne en gemoedelijke sfeer. Het is schoon en netjes. Een hele leuke accommodatie. Met een hot tub arrangement heb je een romantisch en gezellig nachtje weg. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd!

I booked this place using Airbnb, as a trip with my girlfriend, her sister and sister's husband and 2 children. Everything looked fine at first sight, after booking they had me pay a 150 euros deposit using the Airbnb resolution centre, they told me I would receive it back within 7 days after checkout. We left on the 18th of December, the 28th of December we didn't receive anything back so I sent them a message, they replied they would check. I didn't hear back from them for two days so 30th of December I sent them a reminder on which they replied they were busy because of the holidays and I would receive an update soon. No updates received until 3rd of January so sent them (again) a message asking for the status, on which they all of a sudden just sent me back 68 euros. As we didn't break anything or didn't consume anything from the minibar, I asked them where the other 70 euros went to and they replied that it was extra services which include gas and electricity, a parking spot, shower towels (just the things you would expect to be included in the price you already payed in the initial booking). I decided to involve Airbnb and explained them everything, after which they sent me yet another invoice of 76 euros which were also meant as 'extra services'. When I asked the host how these costs could be justified, I just got a reply I had to wait for the response of Airbnb, which I did. Airbnb replied me the following: -EUR 14,95 pro day for 2 persons. Total EUR 29,90 -Then for the additional guest 5,00 pro day, 4 persons. Total EUR 40,00 -Tax for the government EUR 11,64 Total to pay: EUR 81,54. + - 1 parking space EUR 35 per day, total EUR 70 - 2x extra rented towels EUR 3 each for a total of EUR 6 The 4 'extra' persons were not 'extra', as they were announced and payed in our initial booking payment. The one parking spot costing 35 euros (which is really a lot for being in Sprang Capelle). All these prices are even multiplied by 2, maybe because in their opinion it was probably for 2 days? To make things clear, we arrived at 5 pm and left the next day at 9 am... In their Airbnb listing there was for example no where mentioned that their parking would cost 35 euros, if this was mentioned we would never have used their parking spot. They also claimed towards Airbnb that we used things from the minibar which was not even true and we mentioned this multiple times. In the end Airbnb told us that we did not had to pay the 76 extra euros and we would receive 68 out of the 150 euros from the deposit back. TLDR; Overall experience: be very careful with all their 'extra service' costs. They claim all extra services are explained in their listing (however they do not mention any of their prices). If you read more of the reviews written here, you will find similar experiences to this one. Update: I was not charged for their 'extra services' in the end, as Airbnb told me I did not had to pay the extra 76 euros, after the whole hassle.
