★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bedrijf wat ook zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt in het geval van een modeltrein die niet goed werkte. Ik had een Roco locomotief met een defect lampje (terwijl de locomotief goed was volgens hun). Na foto’s te hebben gestuurd kon ik kiezen om het model te houden (en zelf op kosten van hun verlichting aan te schaffen) echter was deze niet meer leverbaar waardoor ik het model terug kon sturen en dat is uiteindelijk boven verwachting goed gegaan want niet alleen de aanschafprijs van de locomotief kreeg ik terug maar ook de verzendkosten! Zeer aan te bevelen!
 Great company that also takes responsibility in the event of a model train that did not work properly. I had a Roco locomotive with a faulty light (while the locomotive was good according to them). After sending photos, I could choose to keep the model (and buy it myself at the expense of their lighting), but it was no longer available, so I could return the model and that ultimately went well beyond expectations because not only the I got the purchase price of the locomotive back, but also the shipping costs! Highly recommend!
