Vervolgens een incassobureau sturen en dan het staartje intrekken zonder sorry te zeggen. Kregen nu een bericht dat niet voor ons bestemd was. Stuurden het netjes terug en krijgen weer geen bedankje. Dan wordt het tijd voor een slechte review.
Bad listening. No consultation and suddenly a plan. Send an invoice for something we did not agree on. Then send a collection agency and then withdraw the tail without saying sorry. Received a message that was not intended for us. Sent it right back and never got a thank you. Then it's time for a bad review.
