About Creative Therapy
I am a group facilitator, artist and therapist. My art background began when I studied painting with Dr. Pinki Feinstein, who bases his method roughly on “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron, in Israel in 1998. It was the first time I had allowed myself to paint since childhood. Since then, I have taken many painting classes such as: Painting on the Right side of the Brain, Water Colors, Acrylics and Model sketching. Painting is a wonderful way to develop your creativity, express your emotions to the world at large and to discover new things about yourself.
