Moin, ich kann mich den meisten Vorrednern/-schreibern nur anschließen. Der Kundenservice ist - weil nicht vorhanden (aus dem Chat fliegt man nach langer Wartezeit einfach raus, auf eMails wird nicht geantwortet) - unterirdisch. Auch ich hatte eine fehlerhafte Lieferung erhalten(falsche Farbe + falsche Größe) und wollte das mit dem Kundenservice klären! Einen Ansprechpartner im deutschsprachigen Raum sucht man vergebens, Angabe zu Impressum fehlt auch. Eigentlich wäre das ja ein Indiz für einen Fake-Shop?! Echt schade, denn die Produkte sind echt Klasse!
Moin, I can only agree with most of the previous speakers / writers. The customer service is - because it does not exist (after a long waiting period, you are simply thrown out of the chat, e-mails are not replied to) - underground. I had also received a faulty delivery (wrong color + wrong size) and wanted to clarify this with customer service! You will look in vain for a contact person in German-speaking countries, information on the imprint is also missing. Actually, that would be an indication of a fake shop ?! It's a shame, because the products are really great!

1. It takes forever to get your order to Germany. 2. Company did not find my home address 3. Product is bad my feet are burning. I will send them back. The process is very cumbersome. I cannot return it until now because they have not sent me anything to my inbox. The reimbursement process will take up to 40 working days, Crazy.

I have ordered an item from Crocs.nl website on 6th of July. I have entered my home address correct but somehow their delivery company GLS claimed that my home address is wrong. Then I talked to Crocs customer service, they said that I should go to GLS depot to get my item. (The depot is located in another city!) They don`t know how to behave a customer, they don`t know how to solve the problems. Currently they didn`t solve my problem. They need to educate their customer service. Keep away from crocs.nl !

Stay far away from this app excuse of a retail company. Crocs brand is getting worse due to the poor customer service by staff and the delivery process. I get my parcels from China faster than i do from Crocs which is based in Netherlands. Those Deutch people are probably getting high off their face from the legal marijuana and cannot function even through delivery process. A robot or a pet hamster can do a better than those useless humans. Do not order from Crocs, their 3rd party sellers do a better job.

I ordered some crocs online - That was my first mistake. After the crocs did not arrive in over a week I chased them up via their LiveChat service - That was my second mistake. I appreciate that large companies are finding it difficult to get orders out on line and took this into account. However first I was told the delay is due to the delivery service so I asked why. I was then told due to CV-19. I asked if they had been shipped and they replied it had not. I told them how can this therefoer be a delivery delay. I asked if they were in stock and they said they were. I asked again, when will I get my goods please. They advised that they don't know when it can be shipped due to the delays. I simply asked for a refund as I found them elsewhere to buy online with a 3-day turnaround from a reseller. I was declined the refund on the basis the item had not been shipped and I would only get a refund when I returned the goods. I stated I had not had the goods, they couldn't advise when and by the way they had not even shipped them yet and they don't know when they can. This went on for 30-minutes with ground hog day dialogue. I have now lost the Crocs experience and ordered some skechers instead and am expecting them in 3-days time, guaranteed. Just a warning, expect to wait weeks if you order Crocs directly from their website and don't expect a refund if you cannot wait that long either.
