★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered an item from Crocs.nl website on 6th of July. I have entered my home address correct but somehow their delivery company GLS claimed that my home address is wrong. Then I talked to Crocs customer service, they said that I should go to GLS depot to get my item. (The depot is located in another city!) They don`t know how to behave a customer, they don`t know how to solve the problems. Currently they didn`t solve my problem. They need to educate their customer service. Keep away from crocs.nl !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. It takes forever to get your order to Germany. 2. Company did not find my home address 3. Product is bad my feet are burning. I will send them back. The process is very cumbersome. I cannot return it until now because they have not sent me anything to my inbox. The reimbursement process will take up to 40 working days, Crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite fast for Dutch people, even with paperwork. A bit complicated, since they have 2 different warehouses at numbers 68 and 86 which causes quite a confusion, but overall-not too shabby at all.
