About CrossFit Arnhem
The CrossFit Kids Certificate Course is a live and interactive webinar that provides safe, effective, and age-appropriate methods for teaching CrossFit to children and adolescents, ages 3-17. The course also covers how to build a CrossFit Kids program at a school or affiliate.
Throughout the course, participants learn how to pair fitness with fun, which is essential to setting a child on the path toward a lifetime of fitness. Affiliate owners, teachers, coaches, and parents all benefit from learning this unique, kid-friendly approach to teaching CrossFit.

 A huge home feeling! Trainers are very involved and teach great. There is a lot of organising, the atmosphere is always good and people even think about your birthday. In addition, the sport itself is extremely varied, the exercises, but also cardio and strength.
