Er wordt duidelijke uitleg gegeven en rekening gehouden met je niveau wat het geschikt maakt voor iedereen die actief wil zijn en fitter wil worden.
De hal staat vol met professionele apparatuur dus ook als je even voor jezelf wilt trainen is dat goed mogelijk.
Nice place to practice CrossFit. The trainer is friendly, knowledgeable and motivating to get you through each workout and bring out the best in you.
Clear explanations are given and your level is taken into account, making it suitable for anyone who wants to be active and get fitter.
The hall is full of professional equipment, so that is also possible if you want to train for yourself.
