N	Niels van Huenen (Niesel) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mij was het een behoorlijk drempel om mij aan te melden bij een “sportschool” of vereniging en dan is een eerste (mail)contact super belangrijk. En dat was goed! De Coaches zijn vriendelijk en vakbekwaam. Er lopen geen alfamannetjes rond ( ik heb ze nog niet ontdekt). Leuke afwisselde oefeningen en ik voel mij op mijn gemak als “ Total Noob”. Ik ben enthousiast, zelfs na een eerste dag waarna twee handen nodig had om mijn jas aan de kinderkapstok te hangen. Pfff ? It was quite a barrier for me to register at a “gym” or association and then a first (mail) contact is super important. And that was good! The Coaches are friendly and competent. There are no alpha males around (I haven't discovered them yet). Nice varied exercises and I feel comfortable as “Total Noob”. I am enthusiastic, even after a first day after which it took two hands to hang my coat on the children's coat rack. Pfff ?

Een ruime box, aardige mensen, zeer welkom én techniek voor de Split Jerk ( niet mijn favo en mijn beste van lifts) Leuk om gecoacht te worden door een ander die net even iets anders toevoegt. Top! Als closer Annie… met veel plezier getraind. Aanrader als je in de buurt bent✨ Dank Crossfit Ede ✨ On holiday near Ede I wanted to train. I was able to come and train via contact (telephone). A spacious box, nice people, very welcome and technique for the Split Jerk (not my favorite and my best of lifts) Nice to be coached by someone else who adds something slightly different. Top! M	Martin Groesz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit in mijn tweede week en ik ben heel enthousiast en tevreden. De begeleiding is exceptioneel goed en ik voel me bijzonder welkom. Het programma is uitdagend en afwisselend. Ik ben - ondanks vele jaren in de sportschool - een 'absolute beginner' m.b.t. crossfit, maar voel me daar geen moment ongemakkelijk bij. Het is erg leuk om (eindelijk) eens de techniek van oefeningen goed te leren. Top om zoveel aanwijzingen te krijgen, opdat de kans op blessures tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Ook de overige sporters zijn erg leuk, ondersteunend en open. Ik voel elke dag wel ergens in mijn lijf dat ik echt iets heb gedaan. Love it! In my second week and I am very enthusiastic and satisfied. The guidance is exceptionally good and I feel very welcome. The program is challenging and varied. Despite many years in the gym, I am an 'absolute beginner' to crossfit, but I don't feel uncomfortable with it for a moment. It is very nice to (finally) learn the technique of exercises. Top to get as many clues, so that the chance of injuries is kept to a minimum. The other athletes are also very nice, supportive and open. Every day I feel somewhere in my body that I have really done something. love it!
