Much more fun than a 'normal' gym! You train in small groups, more contact with each other and much more varied so not boring ? Cozy atmosphere, nice people and many group activities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superleuke box, goede trainers en hele leuke groep leden (community). Ook als minder goede of oudere sporter kan je hier prima terecht, aangezien alles op ieders niveau aan te passen is. De workouts (wods) zijn afwisselend dus nooit saai. Aanrader voor iedereen!!
