It is a wonderful environment surrounded with very kind and supportive people and Jeroen van Duijn is an excellent personal trainer who changed my life, made my daily movements much easier and more painless. I would never think i would enjoy doing sports this much!!!

The agility and adaptive power of the team during corona is incredible. Zoom lessons, airbase on the roof and personal “corona-proof” workstations. You got a lot of quality for your money!

They take into consideration your mental and physical state and with personal assessments, they make sure that no injuries occur and you get stronger every day.
