Very nice and large crossfit box. Nice and friendly community where everyone can exercise at their own level. Good instruction and guidance.

Drop-in here with my boyfriend and brother without crossfit experience. Large space with beautiful materials. Very nice atmosphere and enthusiastic and friendly coach. Good attention to technology. Had a very good workout for both beginners and advanced!
