★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onprofessioneel bedrijf, bel je naar de support wordt je letterlijk uitgescholden... meteen alles opgezegd. Ik betaal dus ik wil op zijn minst normaal behandeld worden.
Unprofessional company, you call support and you are literally called a name ... everything is canceled immediately. I pay so at least I want to be treated normally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf gehad. Wij hebben al jaren onze domeinnaamregistratie en mailhosting via deze partij lopen. Een tijd geleden hebben wij ons pakket uitgekleed op advies CSV. Vorige week bleek ineens dat onze complete mail en website eruit lagen en onze domeinnaam al te koop aangeboden werd via SIDN. Wat bleek uiteindelijk; in plaats van het pakket uit te kleden had CSV het complete pakket opgezegd terwijl het pakket al wel betaald was. De klantenservice was bijzonder slecht bereikbaar en na een aantal keer bellen naar de klantenservice uiteindelijk de 'sales'lijn gebeld die wel direct beantwoord werd. Na 4(!) dagen uit de lucht te zijn geweest (zowel al onze mailaccounts als onze compelte website) stond alles weer live. Al met al geen aanrader deze partij. Wij overwegen dan ook om met het hele pakket op te stappen.
Had very bad experience with this company. We have been running our domain name registration and mail hosting through this party for years. A while ago we undressed our package on the advice of CSV. Last week it suddenly appeared that our complete mail and website were out and that our domain name was already offered for sale via SIDN. What turned out eventually; instead of undressing the package, CSV had canceled the complete package while the package had already been paid for. The customer service was particularly difficult to reach and after a number of calls to customer service, the 'sales' line was eventually called which was answered immediately. After being out of the air for 4 (!) Days (both our mail accounts and our compelte website) everything went live again. All in all not recommended this party. We therefore consider leaving the entire package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongeveer een jaar geleden overgestapt naar CSV Networks en dat bevalt me prima. Na tijden lang problemen bij mijn vorige provider is het nu echt een opluchting dat alles ineens zonder problemen draait (en blijft draaien!!).
De prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is goed en er is veel keuze in verschillende pakketten. Alles is online te bestellen en is zeer snel actief.
Via het selfservice account heb je een goed overzicht van al je domeinen en de verlengdata.
Ook super zijn de Direct Admin instructie video’s die ze op de website hebben staan. Hier heb ik veel aan gehad!
De helpdesk is goed bereikbaar (niet altijd telefonisch, maar je vragen per mail worden wel zelfs in de avond en in het weekend nog beantwoord).
Weinig last van storingen en alles wordt redelijk up to date gehouden.
Om een lang(dradig) verhaal kort te houden… dik tevreden over deze hosting provider.
Switched to CSV Networks about a year ago and I really like that. After long time problems with my previous provider, it is really a relief that suddenly everything runs without problems (and continues to run !!).
The price / quality ratio is good and there is a lot of choice in different packages. Everything can be ordered online and is active very quickly.
Via the self-service account you have a good overview of all your domains and the renewal dates.
Also great are the Direct Admin instruction videos they have on the website. This has helped me a lot!
The help desk is accessible (not always by phone, but your questions by mail will be answered even in the evening and weekends).
Little trouble with disruptions and everything is kept reasonably up to date.
To keep a long (drastic) story short ... very satisfied with this hosting provider.
