★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed that following a collision with a car on the weekend, Bike2Build/CUBE, where I have been a loyal customer for several years, would not take my bike in because it is a TREK and they are prioritizing CUBE customers. Even if you are busy, atleast offer to take it in advising that it would take longer than normal..........No worries, found a new bike shop, and you have lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my triathlon bike here. Service and the way I was treated in the store was excellent. Was able to test-drive my bike for the weekend suggested by themselves. Highly recommended when you consider to buy a bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have bought 2 road bikes here, and experience with servicing of these and an older bike. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have full selection of Cube bicycles (unfortunately no other brands). Good value. Can be busy in weekends, but have refreshments available in shop. Experience here best so far compared to other smaller and larger bicycle shops in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike from here, very happy with it, good price and good after sales service. Brought another 2 bikes (non Cube) for repair. Repair was done extremely well, super satisfied. I would recommend this shop to anyone, prices are reasonable, sales price very good. Best place if you are into SQ Lab products, fully stocked. A great range of bike tires too, even saw ERE Research (Swiss brand)!! Team very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This will be my place to be when I need servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021: My bike had an issue which I relaized 1 km away of Cube VLA, so I went there and was helped on the spot. Thanks.
2016: Supposed to be a good store&repair shop. However my broken bike needs repair now or at least soon and not in 3 weeks time (which was the appointment offered to me). I regret that I went there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trying to call for a shop like 5 days nobody pick a phone ( I think they just to lazy to do that ) answer on Facebook after 2 weeks I message them. Activity is really worst and I'm sure during covid there is not so busy to pick up the f phone or answer emails/messages worst communication I ever deal with. Thanks alot trying to fix my cube bike that I bought there for a month but can't reach nobody in that store ;)

Ordered online my Cube bike and I realized I chose the wrong frame size, once I contacted them, they quickly helped me change my order.
When I noticed a small defect upon receiving the bike, they were very open and friendly, kept me in the loop and sent me the needed piece. I'm beyond happy with their service and help.
