Uiteindelijk begreep ze mij, en zou een offerte in mijn mailbox verschijnen. Na lang wachten nooit een offerte ontvangen. Helaas, eerste indruk is niet goed. Ik bel voor een offerte en medewerker zegt dat ze een offerte gaat sturen. En dan krijg ik als antwoord dat ze niet wist dat ze een offerte moest sturen? Sorry hoor, maar dit is echt een social media antwoord. Tweede indruk is nog slechter. Geef gewoon een fout toe!! Called for a quote. Employee often said: "Follow me!" While I still want to know for sure what something costs. She finally understood me and a quote would appear in my mailbox. After a long wait never received a quote. Unfortunately, first impression is not good. I call for a quote and employee says she will send a quote. And then I get the answer that she didn't know she had to send a quote? Sorry, but this is really a social media response. Second impression is even worse. Just admit an error !!
