Ik heb na een ongeluk mijn scooter naar de cycle shop gebracht. In het begin was de service goed, ik kon meteen mijn scooter brengen en ze zouden er naar kijken. Hij zou deze week een schaderapport maken. Na 2 weken wachten kreeg ik eindelijk het schaderapport, toen dezelfde dag groen licht gegeven voor het maken. Hij begon er aan en zei dat hij maximaal over 1 week klaar was. Na die week heb ik gebeld hoe het zat, hij bleek nog niet begonnen te zijn aan de scooter, maar hij zou de week erop de zaterdag klaar zijn. Die zaterdag belde ik weer voor het ophalen van mijn scooter, maar de scooter lag nog uiteen omdat hij onderdelen miste, hij zou diezelfde week nog klaar zijn. Toen heb ik de zaterdag erop gebeld voor mijn scooter en was hij nog niet klaar. Hij zou de dinsdag klaar zijn. Dus puntje bij paaltje ben ik mijn scooter 4 weken kwijt geweest. Het was vervelend maar ik was blij dat hij gemaakt was. Nu haalde ik vandaag mijn voetplaten en kappen los, blijkt dat de voetplaten die geleverd zijn door de cycle shop niet paste en ipv dat ze nieuwe bestelde hebben ze gewoon nieuwe gaten geboord. Toen ik mn voorkap eraf haalde zat deze vast met 6 schroeven terwijl er 8 gaten zijn. Ik heb mijn scooter compleet met alle harware daar afgeleverd! Ik vind het schandalig! Ik kon me nog enigsinds inleven in de situatie over de onderdelen, maar dit spant de kroon! Ik kom hier nooit meer!
After an accident I brought my scooter to the cycle shop. In the beginning the service was good, I could immediately bring my scooter and they would look at it. He would make a damage report this week. After waiting for 2 weeks I finally received the damage report, then gave the green light for making the same day. He started and said that he would be finished in 1 week at most. After that week I called about it, it turned out that he had not started on the scooter yet, but he would be ready the following week the Saturday. That Saturday I called again to pick up my scooter, but the scooter was still apart because it was missing parts, it would be ready that same week. Then I called the following Saturday for my scooter and it wasn't ready yet. He would be ready Tuesday. So tip by post I lost my scooter for 4 weeks. It was annoying but I was glad it was made. Now I removed my foot plates and covers today, it appears that the foot plates supplied by the cycle shop did not fit and instead of ordering new ones they just drilled new holes. When I removed my front cover it was stuck with 6 screws while there are 8 holes. I have delivered my scooter complete with all hardware there! I think it's outrageous! I could somehow imagine the situation with regard to the components, but this is the crown! I'll never come here again!

Kundig en goed opgeleid profesioneel personeel,die weten waar ze over praten, altijd de tijd nemen, en wat niet kan? Toch mogelijk maken!!! Gewoon een topzaak in Zuidlimburg. Heb even door de review heen gelezen. Sorry dan wil ik toch nog iets kwijt. LEON, zolang jij (jullie) weten dat jullie naar eer en geweten.iedere klant goed helpen is het toch goed.. als er één op details profesionaliteit klantvriendelijkheid en service let ben ik het toch wel en naar mijn weten. Staan jullie ook ver buiten de regio bekend als ZEER GOEDE zaak. Ook al heb ik dan geen scooter en kom ik daar voor andere zaken, maar zolang jullie al bestaan kom ik ( ook toen ik zelf nog de zaak had).,naar alle tevredenheid naar jullie toe. Jammer dat er toch enkele een negatieve menig hebben. Maar er is niks verkeerd met de zaak het beleidt de profesionaliteit,of klantvriendelijkheid. Compliment, en ga vooral door.

Simply a top business in Zuidlimburg. Have read through the review. Sorry then I want to say something. LEON, as long as you (you) know that you serve your conscience to the best of your conscience. It is good anyway .. if one pays attention to details professionalism customer service and service I am and I know it. Are you also known far outside the region as VERY GOOD thing. Even though I do not have a scooter and I go there for other things, but as long as you already exist I will come to you (even when I still had the business myself). Too bad there are some negative many. But there is nothing wrong with the matter of policy for professionalism or customer-friendliness. Compliment, and above all continue.

Persoonlijk kom ik al 5 jaar bij deze zaak en daaruit heb ik het volgende ervaren. Qua service is het toch echt fantastisch. Hebben vaak alle onderdelen, kunt ze voor advies vragen en staan echt voor je klaar!Doen ook niet moeilijk met ruilen of garantie. Hebben vaak met mij mee gedacht als klant of onderdelen nog snel besteld. Telefonisch zijn ze wel, inderdaad, slecht bereikbaar. Dit komt vaak door drukte (heb ik zelf in de zaak gezien). Ik ga normaal altijd langs maar snap ook dat men daar niet altijd tijd voor heeft. Persoonlijk heb ik vaker wat dingen laten vervangen of laten maken wat ik zelf uit elkaar gehaald heb. Bijv een drukveer vervangen of band laten vervangen, maar nooit echt een scooter laten maken. Cycleshop is in mijn ogen een goede zaak tegen een zeer scherpe prijs waarbij, als je zelf ook handig bent, hele goede service kan verwachten. Het duurt soms wel 3 weken voor je je scooter terug hebt, maar hij doet het wel en de prijs is erg scherp. Denk ook eens mee in de situatie van de monteur. Als je daar 15 scooters hebt staan, is dat ook niet binnen 1 week af. Andere vrienden van mij hebben de ervaring dat ze wel snel zijn geholpen en soms de scooter dezelfde dag terug hadden. Lijkt erop dat men hier verwacht als hun scooter voor motorblok reparatie compleet uit elkaar moet, ze hem binnen 4 dagen terug hebben. Al met al. Prima zaak en kom hier graag, altijd, terug voor mijn onderdelen en arbeid die ik zelf niet kan!
I have personally been coming to this business for 5 years and I have experienced the following. In terms of service, it is really fantastic. Often have all parts, they can ask for advice and are really ready for you! Also do not difficult with exchanges or warranty. Have often thought with me as a customer or ordered parts quickly. They are, indeed, difficult to reach by telephone. This is often due to crowds (I have seen in the case myself). I usually always go by but I also understand that people don't always have time for that. Personally I have had some things replaced or made what I dismantled myself. For example, replace a compression spring or have a tire replaced, but never actually have a scooter made. Cycleshop is in my opinion a good thing at a very competitive price where, if you are handy yourself, you can expect very good service. It sometimes takes 3 weeks before you get your scooter back, but it does and the price is very competitive. Also think along with the engineer. If you have 15 scooters there, it won't be finished within 1 week either. Other friends of mine have the experience that they were helped quickly and sometimes had the scooter back the same day. Looks like they expect here if their scooter for engine block repair must be completely dismantled, they have it back within 4 days. All in all. Great business and always like to come back here for my parts and work that I cannot do myself!

Sinds mijn jeugd en tot heden de zaak waar ik (meer dan 35jr ) heen ga. Vriendelijk personeel. Nemen de tijd voor iedere klant. Ga erheen voor zowel mijn scooter of fiets onderhoudt. Vroeger ging ik erheen voor opvoermateriaal voor mijn brommer. (zucht dat waren tijden) Lekker sleutelen en opvoeren van de brommer. Maar dat was een andere generatie. Ik kan de Cycleshop alleen maar aanbevelen. Die jongens weten van wanten en zijn opgegroeid in dit vak.
Since my youth and until now the business where I (more than 35 years) go. Friendly staff. Take the time for every customer. Go there for either my scooter or bike service. I used to go there for boosting material for my moped. (sigh those were times) Nice tinkering and boosting the moped. But that was a different generation. I can only recommend the Cycle Shop. Those guys know their stuff and grew up in this business.

Vriendelijk personeel, hebben bijna alles, niet duur en als product(en) niet op voorraad is, wordt het besteld. Zeer tevreden. Vandaag voor een probleem geweest van de aandrijver kilometerteller. De monteur heeft het terplekke opgelost. Hele goede service.
Friendly staff, have almost everything, not expensive and if product(s) is not in stock, it will be ordered. Very satisfied. Been to a problem with the driver odometer today. The mechanic fixed it on the spot. Very good service.

I purchased a moped from this store in Nov 18. In the space of 3 months it would not be an exaggeration to confirm that it has broken down on 10 different occasions. Since we purchased it has had a new spark plug, carb has been stripped and cleaned, new air filter, new spark plug, new voltage regulator, 2 new batteries. I have been in and out of the store trying to get this bike fixed. On each occasion I have spoken to Leon to try and find a soloution bit unfortunately it still keeps breaking done. I even left the bike with them for 2 and a half weeks to investigate the problem. When I picked the bike up my son rode it home. The next morning it broke down again. The most recent brake down was on my way home from work this evening. The bike cut out whilst riding on a road and I narrowly avoided a crash with a Lorry. To make matters worse I asked my wife to phone the cycle shop to inform them that I was in the process of walking the bike back to them. She phoned the shop and was basically told that there was nothing they could do. They were apparently very busy with repairs. My wife then went to the shop to try and explain further. Arriving just before closing time she had the door closed in her face. There was No attempt to listen to her or any offer to help. It was basically a polite β€œ were closed go away” I must add that this is a used bike. I fully understand that things break down from time to time but this is a joke. I can only assume that the bike was faulty or that it wasn’t checked correctly before we picked it up. I will now take the bike to a reputable shop who can be trusted. Any future customers should be very cautious about buying anything from this store. Extremely disappointed with the service Upon reading the response from the store, I feel I have to add some additional comments as I believe the response is inaccurate . First of all regarding my wife. At no point did she say anything about me being anywhere near the fire station. I was on my way home from work to be totally honest I have no idea where the fire station is!. She waited around outside the store for approx 10 minutes and was ignored. Regarding the scooter. I must say that it has never run like new. This may have been the case on a work bench but in real riding conditions this was clearly not the case. It has been riddled with faults since the day we bought it. My patience has been tested to the limit and the straw that broke the camels back was nearly being killed by a lorry. This bike was purchased as a gift for my son and he could have been riding it.! Regarding your question about customer service, I would reasonably expect a store to make sure that a bike was serviceable and safe before it leaves the store. You stated that there was no guarantee with the scooter. I do not recall this. I remember you stating that it would be checked over and it would be ready to ride. This was my main concern as my son would be riding it. At the end of the day we can both agree that this bike has broken down on several occasions. You have attempted to fix it and been unsuccessful. I have tried to fix by accurately following the information you provided and it still doesn’t work As I’m sure you will appreciate patience only goes so far. This bike Is clearly faulty and you sold it to me. There is clearly nothing else I can do about it now. All that’s left for me to do is inform the wider public about my experience and to let them make a judgement for themselves.
