★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb jaren met dit merk gereden, maar het lijkt erop sinds wisselen in de Europese top van dit bedrijf dat klanten niet belangrijk zijn.
Heb 2 fietsen besteld met lange levertijden en nu worden ze niet meer geleverd omdat mijn plaatselijke dealer geen Cannondale dealer zijn per 1 januari. Mijn fietsen maker was jarenlang een betrouwbare Cannondale dealer. Totaal 6 Cannondales hier gekocht , altijd tevreden. Cannondale laat hier grote steken vallen. Er was duidelijk afgesproken levering voor 1 januari.
Heb mail gestuurd , maar je hoort niks van Cannondale. Misschien reageren ze nu. Moet nu op zoek naar ander merk, ja jaar voor niks gewacht . ASO heet dit.
Mensen kijk uit dus. De e NB e ster is voor het verleden.
Have driven with this brand for years, but it seems since changing in the European top of this company that customers are not important.
Ordered 2 bikes with long lead times and now they are no longer delivered as my local dealer is not a Cannondale dealer as of January 1st. My bike maker was a reliable Cannondale dealer for many years. Bought a total of 6 Cannondales here, always satisfied. Cannondale is missing the point here. Delivery was clearly agreed for 1 January.
Sent an email but haven't heard back from Cannondale. Maybe they're responding now. Now have to look for another brand, yes waited a year for nothing. This is called ASO.
So people watch out. The e NB th star is for the past.
