Ben al 2.5 maand bezig om het probleem tussen de kaakchirurg en het CZ op te lossen.
Moet nu het probleem zelf zien op te lossen, want ik kreeg vandaag te horen" als het ziekenhuis niet reageert op ons bericht, wat kan ik daar dan aan doen "??
Pardon, nu móet ik van het CZ vier dagen achter elkaar blijven bellen, om antwoord te krijgen of ze hun bericht op 12 september hebben gekregen , belachelijk gewoon.
Daar moeten we dan iedere maand zoveel voor betalen, om het werk te doen wat het CZ moet doen.

I am really so disappointed at the CZ.
I have been working for 2.5 months to solve the problem between the dental surgeon and the CZ.
Must now solve the problem myself, because today I was told "if the hospital does not respond to our message, what can I do about it" ??
Excuse me, now that I have to keep calling the CZ for four consecutive days to get an answer as to whether they have received their message on September 12, ridiculously normal.
We have to pay so much every month to do the work that the CZ has to do.
I am really angry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds mijn geboorte ben ik ziekenfonds verzekerd bij CZ.
Dit bevalt mij na 67 jaar nog steeds en zie geen enkele reden om voor € 10, - goedkoper over te gaan naar iemand anders.
CZ voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen, maakt geen problemen wanneer ik naar het ziekenhuis in Genk ga in plaats van in Geleen.
Mijn grote wens is dan ook dat daar heen verandering in komt.
Since I was born I have been insured by health insurance with CZ.
I still like this after 67 years and see no reason to switch to someone else for € 10 cheaper.
CZ meets my expectations, makes no problems when I go to the hospital in Genk instead of Geleen.
My big wish is that this will change.

Stand in front of a closed door in Sittard at 4:51 pm while you are open until 5 pm while the lady is still inside behind the counter very strange don't come for me lol after work always haha
