D-Quality Survey BV is an independent and sworn quality control firm in the field of fresh fruits and vegetables. At the request of an importer/exporter, producer or insurance company we carry out quality inspections and surveys on products from all over the world. We provide our customers with insightful information on the quality and condition of their products.

The importer/exporter can use the results of these quality inspections and surveys for internal management or to provide feedback to its suppliers regarding the condition of the products and, if necessary, to substantiate a complaint or claim. For example: if the quality of the delivered products does not correspond with the agreed specifications, the recipient can inform the supplier/producer with an extensive quality report. The importer/exporter can also forward the information to the intended recipient in order to prevent any problems that may arise.

First and foremost, we employ independent, certified auditors. We guarantee our customers that our inspections are conducted independently and that they are not affected by third parties.
The quality inspections are carried out with an application on the iPad.

History

Our company was founded 2001 in The Netherlands. Our team consists of 26 motivated people. Our inspectors are highly experienced in the field of inspection of fruits and vegetables. Our most experienced inspector has been sworn in and has been active in the fruit and vegetable industry for over 30 years. Of course, all our inspectors have extensive knowledge and know-how.

In recent years we have expanded our services to include advising producers, training inspectors and surveys. The trainings, consultations and surveys can take place both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Furthermore, to serve our clients even better we have opened, over the last years, our own offices in:

• Hamburg, Germany
• Petrolina, Brazil
• Cairo, Egypt
• Capetown, South Africa

From our office in Dubai we have inspectors constantly in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. In Germany we work, beside Hamburg, frequently in Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven. In Brazil, South Africa and Egypt we carry out mainly (pre) inspections in the production lines.

Through our extensive network of surveyors in Europe and elsewhere we can offer our services in almost every country.
