★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in Amsterdam and was not prepared for the cold temps. Decided last minute (no appointment) to get my hair blown out so I could leave the hotel in the mornings with dry hair. I have naturally curly hair and only go to Dominican Salons because I find they don't over prices my hair. Rosa have me a blow out like I was in Washington Heights. She roller set my hair and then used a steam flat iron. She only accepts cash. €45. I also bought a pastel de carne for €2 from a lady that came into the shop. It was delicious.
